Travel organisation and sales services are provided under the travel agency [Agency name], registered in the National Register of Travel and Tourism Agents (RNAVT) under no. [RNAVT no.].
2. Purpose
These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of this website. By using the website, the user declares that they have read, understood and accept these terms.
3. Services
This website is for information purposes and presents the services of Borderless by Mary: tailor-made trips, group trips and the opportunity to become a Travel Partner. It is not possible to make bookings or payments through the website.
Any trip is subject to a written proposal, setting out the price and the payment, amendment and cancellation conditions, and to the signing of the corresponding travel contract, under Decree-Law no. 17/2018 of 8 March. In the event of any discrepancy, the conditions of the travel contract prevail over these terms.
4. Prices and availability
The descriptions, images and prices shown on the website or on our social media are for guidance only, are subject to availability and to suppliers' conditions, and only become binding after written confirmation.
5. Travel documents and requirements
Each traveller is responsible for ensuring they hold a valid identity document or passport, visas, vaccinations and any other requirements of the destination. We will provide information on the general requirements that apply, and we strongly recommend taking out travel insurance.
6. Intellectual property
The texts, photographs, logos, design and other content of this website belong to Borderless by Mary or to third parties who have authorised their use. Their reproduction, distribution or modification, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited.
7. Use of the website
The user undertakes to use the website lawfully and not to carry out any acts that may damage, overload or compromise its operation or security.
8. Liability
We do our best to keep the information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that the website is free of errors or available without interruption. The website contains links to third-party sites, such as Instagram, Facebook or the Electronic Complaints Book, whose content and policies are the responsibility of the respective entities.
9. Complaints and alternative dispute resolution
You can file a complaint through the Electronic Complaints Book (Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico, www.livroreclamacoes.pt) or directly through our contact details.
In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may refer the matter to a consumer Alternative Dispute Resolution entity, namely the Travel and Tourism Agencies' Customer Ombudsman (Provedor do Cliente das Agências de Viagens e Turismo). These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules, any disputes shall be settled by the competent Portuguese courts.
